Uh but, you know that's not the meaning of the sizes listed on the bra? There are numbers, there are letters, sometimes also the number of slash numbers. Then, which size should close to the size of your bra actually? Instead of either selecting a size, or random how to measure it, find out the list of sizes of bras as well as how to choose the one that suits you best!

1. The size of the number from 30 onwards is obtained from the bust under the breast (underbust)

Try to see the front-most number on the bra size. Usually starting from the number 30, then increase in increments of 2 to a number 40. This size is measured by the bust under the breast or underbust. The measurements use an inch unit, if odd, the result will be rounded up. For example if the result is 33, it will be rounded up to 34.

Alternatively, you can use a centimeter unit. With conversions like this:

63-67 cm Underburst, the size is 30

68-72 cm Underburst, hence its size 32

73-77 cm Underburst, hence its size 34

78-82 cm Underburst, hence its size 36

83-87 cm Underburst, hence its size 38

88-92 cm Underburst, hence its size 40

So, if the number of big is not necessarily the breasts are also big lho. It could be because the chest circumference under the breasts is wide.

2. The size of the letter from A to F indicates the difference between the chest circumference and the underbust.

The letter on the size of the bra starts from A, B, C, D, E (DD), F (DDD) which indicates the cup size on the breast. To specify it not random, but use count. The standard measurements are the top bust minus Underbust. Top bust by yourself is obtained by measuring breast circumference. Well, if the unit uses inches, the conversion becomes:

0 = AA

1 = A

2 = B

3 = C

4 = D

5 = DD/E

6 = DDD/F

Meanwhile, if you use a centimeter unit, the conversion becomes:

Difference 10 cm, then given the letter A

Difference 12.5 cm, then given letter B

The difference is 15 cm, then given the letter C

Difference 17.5 cm, then given the letter D

Difference 20 cm, then given letter E

Difference 22.5 cm, then given letter F

Well, can be seen here, the greater the difference, the bigger the letter, which means the greater the breasts.

3. Well, to get a size close to your actual bra size, here's how!

Measuring the bust under the breast (underbust) to determine the size of the figure

First, you need to prepare the meter for measuring, paper and pencil to take notes.

Remove the shirt and bra, measuring the part of the chest under your breasts. Make sure the meter is flat, fitting and not too loose or pressed.

Measure in inches, round the result to the nearest integer. For example 31.7 inches rounded up to 32 inches.

From the number obtained, add 4 inches if the number is even or add by 5 inches if the number is odd.

For example, if the result is 32 inches in size, then add 4 inches to 32 + 4 = 36 inches. If the result is 31 inches, then 31 + 5 = 36. Now, 36 is the size of your number.

If you use a centimeter unit, you just have to match the conversion in the number one point earlier to determine the size of your number.

Measuring the top bust difference with an underbust to determine the size of the letter a.k.a. Cup Bra

Place the meter around the breast, precisely in the most prominent part (parallel to the nipple) to measure the top of the bust.

Measure in inches and round the result to the nearest integer.

Determine the cup size of the bra by reducing the top bust by Underbust. For example, if your top bust is 37 inches and your underbust is 36 inches, then your cup size is 37-36 = 1 inch or A.

Or, if it's calculated in centimeters, match it to the conversion in point number 2 above.

Well, from that measurement, then it can be known underbust your 36 and your top bust A. The close size of the bra is 36A.

Easy is not it? Now you can figure out the size of your bramu with a fitting calculation. This size only helps you to determine the most close bra size. Because the size of each brand bra varies, then you still need to match it again with the size of your breasts. Hopefully not mistaken select bra size again, yes!
